Being less emotional and more rational tips

 

When you face some uncertainty in shape of unsolved and unexpected stuff and problems:

 

1.   Firstly ask yourself – what is going on?

2.   Secondly say – I can solve it – then you set yourself psychologically and mentally to solving you problems with full intentions

3.   Thirdly, do it.
