One friend of mine told me ‘Personality matters’. I reckon he was/is right. Personality does matter and does make difference. Personality is a personal quality of an individual that distinguishes him from others.
Bright personal quality differs the person from the crown making him look like no other. Conversation with him/her makes others to feel different. He/she makes to feel fine and be upbeat. Some think that these sort of people are always try to look high-profile. But it is false. This is their natural way of acting and behaving and that’s it.
Some people are down. They live low profile life. They don’t want to be noticed because of their personal problems and inner thoughts. The majority of them are losers. And they will end up with nothing.
This is the way of today’s social selection.
Have you ever thought why the same person works in the same ‘shite’ place for years and years. Example: sellers, drivers, cashiers etc. Because, they are useless. Their job is the only flipping thing what they actually are capable of doing. Useless people will stay in the same place and rot in his/her own stinky personality. Their personality stinks. They might not be pessimist, but they are not creative either. They cannot bring something new and fresh.
People want to hire up-beat, creative and innovative people therefore high-profile people with bright personality have more chances than the other ones. Personality matters. Bright person is more welcome, more sociable and more communicative.
The simplest way of being a bright person is simply smiling. Smile. And it will make other smile too. There is no reason to look serious. Unreasonable seriousness is a sign of stupidity. Have you noticed that the serious people are actually stupid? They want to hide their lack of education or lack of good personal qualities by being bold and strict.
Have you ever noticed that the most successful people always smile? Because smile sets their mood, smile drives their attitude.
